Yesterday, my family saw Star Wars: The Force Awakens with my son’s best friend. As an extra special surprise, we got the boys x-wing pilot jackets. We had them face each other with their eyes closed while we dressed them in the jackets. This is their first reaction (and mine!)   

 Later, during the film, there was a great moment when they realized that their jackets are the same as a character’s in the film. I love the power of costumes to ignite imagination. I’m pretty sure both boys will be flying in a galaxy far, far away.
